چکیده
Glioma metastasis outside the central nervous system is rare, and the pathogenesis is not clear. We report a case of glioma progression and extracranial metastasis in a 35-year old man who suffered from glioma and received 2 operations in 16 months because of recurrence. Then, in less than 1 year, PET-CT scan showed multiple bone metastases. Damage in the dura and skull, extracranial invision adjacent to the intracranial lesion and subsequently blood spreading may be the mechanism.
